Mariella Rhoads has served as Dairy Council of California's Customer Relationship Database Coordinator for over 28 years. Her passion for organization, data integrity and helping others drives her success, enabling her to manage the organization’s database with ease. 

As the lead database technician, Mariella tracks, inputs and reports on all activity related to customer and staff activities, managing orders, community engagement and historical data. She is a member of the marketing unit where she runs queries to pull data of the appropriate audiences.

Mariella is extremely passionate about improving the health of the next generation. A mother of four grown children and Mimi to seven grandchildren, Mariella knows the impact food and physical activity have on health and health outcomes. All her children were involved in competitive athletics, and the foods they ate directly impacted how they felt and how well they performed. This sparked her desire to feed them healthy foods, and it continues to drive her passion for inspiring other parents and families to make healthier food choices to support lifelong health.
