A pilot project with AltaMed Health Services providers found the information successfully guides conversations to discuss dietary changes with families to encourage small, actionable steps to a healthier lifestyle.

Some of our resources are in the process of going through revisions to meet the needs of current educational environments. All resources will continue to be available digitally after our print resources are depleted as we offer new educational tools and sunset selected resources in the next few years.
